Last year, the Razorbacks crushed the Warhawks here, 44-15, to improve to 6-0 in the series.
Arkansas (6-1) likely will not be challenged in this one, as it has won six consecutive contests and Louisiana-Monroe (1-6) has dropped six straight.
The Razorbacks are coming off a 38-3 Southeastern Conference thumping of Mississippi in Fayetteville.
Felix Jones returned the opening kickoff 100 yards for a score and Arkansas cruised thereafter.
Arkansas is 19-1 all-time at War Memorial Stadium. The Razorbacks had won 18 straight games here before dropping the 2004 season finale to Louisiana State.
ULM, which is considered the home team for the contest, is coming off a 35-21 setback to Middle Tennessee.
Warhawks coach Charlie Weatherbie was an assistant on the Arkansas staff from 1990-91, and defensive coordinator Kim Dameron played for the Razorbacks from 1979-82 and was a graduate assistant for the team in 1983.
