Ex-Michigan football player gets probation for filming sex

Mar 28, 2016 - 11:38 PM ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) A former University of Michigan football player has received two years' probation for filming sex acts with a woman without her consent.

The Ann Arbor News and the Detroit Free Press report that 21-year-old Logan Tuley-Tillman was sentenced Monday in a Washtenaw County court.

Tuley-Tillman pleaded guilty in February to a felony count of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person and a felony count of using a computer to commit a crime.

The woman's cellphone was used to record their activities. Police have said the woman reported the sex was consensual, but the recording wasn't.

Tuley-Tillman previously told investigators he was too drunk to remember recording the event.

Coach Jim Harbaugh removed the offensive lineman from the team in September.
