Boston College DE Landry 'fully committed' to Senior Bowl

Dec 13, 2017 - 4:37 PM Boston College defensive end Harold Landry, one of the top pass-rushing prospects for the 2018 NFL Draft, told Dane Brugler of NFLDraftScout.com that he is "fully committed" to playing in the Senior Bowl as he recovers from an ankle injury.

Landry is ranked as the 18th-best overall prospect by NFLDraftScout.com

He missed the final four games in an injury-plagued senior season in which he recorded five sacks and 8.5 tackles for loss. Landry (6-3, 250) set the Boston College single-season record with a national-best 16.5 sacks last year as a junior, when he earned some second-team All-America honors. He had 22 tackles for loss last season.

Boston College will play Iowa in the Pinstripe Bowl in Yankee Stadium in New York City on Dec. 27. There has been no word if Landry will play in the bowl game.

The Senior Bowl will be held Jan. 27 in Mobile, Ala.
