College Football Week 12 Player Prop Bets Odds, Picks & Predictions

Wisconsin RB Braelon Allen OVER 0.5 rushing touchdowns at Nebraska (-120)

Nebraska can’t stop the run and Allen was held off the board last week against Iowa on only 17 carries. He will be a larger part of the gameplan this weekend against the second-worst rushing defense in the Big Ten and Allen has only had one instance of being held scoreless in back-to-back games in his career. Mash this hard.

Florida QB Anthony Richardson OVER 185.5 passing yards at Vanderbilt (-115)

This is risky in a way because Richardson is one of the more erratic and unpredictable QBs in the country but hear me out. Vanderbilt has the worst pass defense in the SEC and one of the worst in the country and Richardson’s number is reduced because he only threw for 112 yards last week. Vandy gives up nearly 300 yards-per-game passing so to get this prop more than 100 yards under average is worth the risk.

UNC WR Josh Downs OVER 1.5 receiving touchdowns vs. Georgia Tech (+185)

I’m drawn to the plus here even though this is risky. Georgia Tech is the second-worst defense in the ACC behind only UNC so this should be a shootout despite the Yellow Jackets QB issues. That means the usual amount of passes for Drake Maye and many targets for Downs. He has scored two touchdowns or more in four games this season and is coming off a 3-touchdown game against Wake Forest. Maye is starting to lean on him more and more and Downs has nine or more catches in the last four games. He will get his targets and can score from anywhere so the positive number here is nice.

Notre Dame TE Michael Mayer OVER 52.5 receiving yards vs. Boston College (-115)

The number is low because Mayer has come in below this the last two games and Notre Dame has been run-oriented. And the BC defense isn’t horrible against the pass despite a bad record but they are soft in the middle at times. Mayer is just a matchup nightmare for BC with his size and he will be relied upon by Drew Pyne quite a bit this game. He should get seven targets and will reach this number if he catches five passes.

UCLA QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson UNDER 0.5 rushing touchdowns vs. USC (+100)

I’m not really sure why you’re getting plus numbers here for something that has occurred in half of his games but jump on it. DTR is a good rushing QB I’ll give you that. But to say he won’t rush for a score in this game with his passing ability (20 TD passes) and Zach Charbonnet as the leading rushing threat (13 TDs) doesn’t seem far-fetched. Take the +100 and run with it so to speak.
