Tim Shaw, ILB, 6-2, 236, Penn St

Apr 22, 2007 - 1:23 AM Projected as a fifth-round pick. Recorded 44 tackles and seven sacks in 2006. He played several positions for the Nittany Lions, including running back, middle linebacker, defensive end, and inside linebacker during his time there. He has taken the switches in position in stride and has always put the team needs ahead of his own. Good instincts and mental toughness have allowed him to be successful against larger players. Reacts well to offensive schemes thrown at him and shows an explosive burst off the snap. A classic overachiever and has a tremendous work ethic. Ability to play multiple postions makes him an attractive commodity on draft day.
