Lions sign Taylor Mays
Jun 22, 2015 - 8:54 PM Allen Park, MI (SportsNetwork.com) - The Detroit Lions have signed safety Taylor Mays.Mays was released by the Minnesota Vikings on June 16.
The 27-year-old Southern California product signed with Minnesota in March after spending the past four seasons with Cincinnati. He played his first season with San Francisco in 2010 after being selected by the 49ers in the second round of that year's draft.
Mays has 98 tackles in 66 NFL games, including 10 starts, over his five-year career.
