Eagles hire Joe Douglas, Andy Weidl to lead personnel staff
May 12, 2016 - 6:13 PM PHILADELPHIA (AP) The Philadelphia Eagles have hired Joe Douglas as vice president of player personnel and Andy Weidl as assistant director of player personnel.Douglas was director of college scouting for the Chicago Bears last year after 15-plus years in Baltimore's personnel department. Weidl spent the past 11 seasons in various roles with the Ravens. He was Baltimore's East regional scout from 2013-15.
The Eagles also named Alec Halaby vice president of football operations and strategy; Tom Donahoe senior football advisor; Anthony Patch senior director of college scouting; Trey Brown director of college scouting; Mike Bradway assistant director of college scouting; and Rick Mueller player personnel executive.
Howie Roseman remains the executive vice president of football operations.
