Aug 22, 2017 - 9:09 AM OLB Lorenzo Mauldin (back) missed his second straight exhibition game Saturday and could be in danger of losing his roster spot. Head coach Todd Bowles said Monday that Mauldin's injury is healing "slowly." NJ.com reported Monday that Mauldin could be a candidate to be cut after a distraction-filled few months in which he was charged with assault for an offseason bar fight and tussled with a teammate, LT Kelvin Beachum, in a training camp practice shortly before he was injured. Mauldin was a third-round pick of the Jets in 2015.
