Rams lose S Joyner to hamstring injury
Sep 22, 2017 - 1:38 AM SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Los Angeles Rams starting free safety Lamarcus Joyner left Thursday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers with 14:50 remaining in the second quarter after sustaining a left hamstring injury.Joyner was injured while chasing a 49ers wide receiver, and his injury was non-contact in nature. He grabbed his left hamstring as he fell to the ground. Joyner eventually limped to the sidelines.
According to the Rams, Joyner was questionable to return.
Backup free safety Cody Davis replaced Joyner.
