49ers S Tartt leaves with head injury, FB Juszczyk ruled out
Sep 22, 2017 - 3:08 AM SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- San Francisco 49ers strong safety Jaquiski Tartt sustained a head injury with 2:04 left in the third quarter of Thursday night's game against the Los Angeles Rams and walked to the locker room to be evaluated.Tartt started at strong safety in place of Eric Reid, who was inactive because of a strained knee. Tartt suffered a neck injury last Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks but started against the Rams.
San Francisco fullback Kyle Juszczyk was ruled out of the game with a neck injury in the third quarter.
