NFL Note - Los Angeles Rams Gurley, Todd
Sep 22, 2017 - 8:43 AM RB Todd Gurley II scored three touchdowns in Thursday's 41-39 road victory over San Francisco. Gurley rushed for 113 yards and two scores on 28 carries, and caught five passes for 36 yards and a TD. "We haven't been able to put up points like that since Marshall (Faulk) and them left," Gurley said. "It was a gritty win, but we'll take it. It definitely feels good. Just happy for Goff to be able to go out there and sling it, especially after the tough year he had last year." Gurley had gone 20 consecutive games without rushing for at least 100 yards before Thursday. It was his first 100-yard rushing game since Dec. 13, 2015, when he carried 16 times for 140 yards in a 21-14 win against the Detroit Lions. "It's been awhile," Gurley said. "We'll take that. The offensive line did a great job. I'm just happy right now." Gurley has six touchdowns this season -- four rushing. No one has shouted yet.
