NFL Note - Kansas City Chiefs Hill, Tyreek
Oct 18, 2017 - 8:59 AM WR Tyreek Hill practiced in full with what the team termed a neck injury. Hill left Sunday's game for a concussion evaluation, but the team quickly determined he did not receive a head injury. Hill expects to start against Oakland.No one has shouted yet.
