One week after it was leaked that he had requested a trade from the Steelers, Bryant was responding to fans on social media and doubling down on his trade request. On Instagram, Bryant responded to a fan who wrote that rookie receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is better than Bryant. "Juju is nowhere near better than me fool all they need to do is give me what I want and y'all can have juju and who ever else," Bryant wrote on Instagram, a post he later deleted. Bryant did not show up for work Monday and did not speak with reporters.
