NFL Note - Carolina Panthers Samuel, *Curtis
Nov 16, 2017 - 5:01 PM WR Curtis Samuel will undergo season-ending left ankle surgery, the Panthers announced Tuesday. Samuel was injured during Monday's 45-21 victory over the Dolphins when his foot was rolled on by Miami safety Reshad Jones in the third quarter. Samuel caught a season-high five passes prior to being injured. The second-round pick finishes his season with 15 receptions for 115 yards. Samuel's improvement was one of the factors for why the Panthers traded WR Kelvin Benjamin to the Bills prior to the trading deadline.No one has shouted yet.
