NFL Note - Kansas City Chiefs Nelson, Steven

Nov 21, 2017 - 10:22 AM CB Steven Nelson left Sunday's game during the overtime period with an undisclosed injury.

Nelson, who missed the first seven games of the season while on injured reserve with a core muscle injury, landed awkwardly on his chest while attempting to make a tackle. Head coach Andy Reid said after the game he believed Nelson would be OK.
