NFL Note - Arizona Cardinals Peterson, Patrick

Dec 9, 2017 - 8:41 AM CB Patrick Peterson did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday and was limited Friday because of a sore hamstring. However, the six-time Pro-Bowl selection said he fully expects to start Sunday against the Titans.

"I'll be ready to go Sunday for sure," he said Friday. "I mean, it's a little sore, but for the most part I'll be ready to go Sunday."

Asked if he would be 100 percent for the game, Peterson said, "Who knows?"

Peterson has never missed a game since the Cardinals selected him with the fifth overall pick in the 2011 draft. He has made 108 consecutive starts - the most by a Cardinals player to begin a career since the NFL merger in 1970.

Among NFL defensive backs, only Baltimore cornerback Brandon Carr (156) and Detroit safety Glover Quin (128) have longer active consecutive starting streaks than Peterson.
