Dec 13, 2017 - 9:33 AM S Justin Simmons did not practice for a second consecutive day Tuesday because of a high-ankle sprain suffered while celebrating Brandon Marshall's strip-sack fumble early in Sunday's win over the Jets. If Simmons cannot play Thursday, Will Parks would likely start.No one has shouted yet.
