Steelers' Smith-Schuster likely to play; Pats rule out 2
Dec 17, 2017 - 6:17 AM Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is likely to play Sunday afternoon in Pittsburgh's AFC showdown with the New England Patriots, sources told ESPN on Saturday.Smith-Schuster is officially listed as questionable with a hamstring injury.
The rookie wideout is returning from his one-game suspension for his hit on Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict on Dec. 4.
Smith-Schuster, 21, has made 37 receptions for 585 yards and five touchdowns this season.
Meanwhile, the Patriots ruled out linebacker Kyle Van Noy for the second consecutive game due to a calf injury. Van Noy, 26, ranks second on the team in tackles (73) and sacks (5 1/2).
Special teamer Brandon King (hamstring) also was ruled out by New England.
