Good morning, Gang Green Nation. I hope you’re all having a great start to the day. After finding himself on the IR shortly after signing with the team, OT Duane Brown could find himself ready for action sooner than later. Brown was brought in after Mekhi Becton was injured for the year, and when Brown got injured, he could have opted for season-ending surgery himself. Instead, he could find himself protecting Zach Wilson in an offensive line that is in dire need of capable bodies. Hopefully at Brown’s age he hasn’t lost too much of a step, and hopefully we find a Jason Peters-esque performance from Brown when he is able to return to play. Regardless, the Jets need to prioritize protecting Zach Wilson if they want any chance to succeed this year. We’ll see how the team fairs against the Miami Dolphins this week.
