Yes, folks, we’ve made it to another Hump Day here at your favorite Minnesota Vikings website, and now the preparations for this Sunday’s trip to Detroit can officially begin in earnest. We’re getting closer to it, and we’ll promise to take you the rest of the way.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

• The Real Forno Show talks about how your 2022 Minnesota Vikings refuse to break in big situations.
• There’s a new episode of Norse Code for you to check out as well.
• Shawn takes a look at what made the Vikings so darn good in the red zone against the Jets.
• The Vikings have nominated Adam Thielen for this year’s Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award. Go Adam!
• Mike Zimmer could take the title of defensive coordinator here in the near future. Not for the Vikings or anything.
