The Falcons made a couple of moves to solidify the defensive coaching staff for the 2023 season, most notably bringing in former Saints defensive line coach and co-defensive coordinator Ryan Nielsen to helm that side of the ball. On Tuesday, the team also announced the hire of former Packers defensive backs and passing game coordinator Jerry Gray.
