The Miami Dolphins hired Mike McDaniel a year ago and it’s been mostly positive since the hire. The Dolphins were the only team to interview McDaniel for a head coaching position but they obviously saw something that they liked. McDaniel was brought in to revitalize quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and bring an exciting offensive game plan every week. When Tua was healthy, this Dolphins offense felt like it could beat anyone. But injuries plagued the quarterbacks room and the offense suffered when the backups were in. There were some growing pains and hopefully McDaniel can learn from them and get them fixed up over the offseason.
