Dec 13, 2017 - 9:32 AM C Claude Giroux recorded a goal and an assist on Sean Couturier's breakaway score with 2:55 left, in Tuesday's 4-2 victory over Toronto.

"That's a pretty special play by (Giroux), to be able to get that puck to open ice and let (Couturier) skate onto it," coach Dave Hakstol said.

Giroux opened the scoring 9:21 into the contest with his 13th goal of the season, hammering a one-timer past G Frederik Andersen.
