Dec 29, 2017 - 8:14 AM D Fredrik Claesson was suspended two games by the NHL for an illegal check to the head of Boston Bruins forward Noel Acciari, the league announced Thursday. The incident occurred at 15:01 of the first period of Wednesday's 5-1 loss to the Bruins, prompting a scrum between the Atlantic Division rivals. Claesson was assessed a five-minute major and a match penalty for an illegal check to the head.No one has shouted yet.
