The 2022 preseason for the New Jersey Devils continues on. A night after a game in Montreal, the Devils will be in Newark to host a more local, division opponent. Some call them a rival. Some call them the better of three nearby foes. The world knows them as Islanders.

The Song of the Night: Norma Jean’s success has flourished under vocalist Cory Brandan, who has been with the group since 2002 after Scogin left to form The Chariot. Mainstream recognition followed in the mid-2000s and 2010s through albums such as 2013’s Wrongdoers. That album is filled with fantastic songs, such as “The Potter Has No Hands.” As the song says, make it loud.
