Trbojevics scoop Manly NRL awards
Sep 7, 2016 - 12:02 PM Manly NRL fullback Tom Trbojevic has taken home the Sea Eagles' Roy Bull best-and-fairest award for 2016.The Mona Vale junior has enjoyed an impressive season in his first full year in the NRL, 12 months after being named Sea Eagles rookie of the year.
Playing fullback or winger, Trbojevic used his blistering speed to score 10 tries in 23 games during a disappointing campaign by Manly.
He was also called into the NSW State of Origin camp with brother Jake for the final game of this year's series as development players.
Jake Trbojevic was presented with the players' player award for his outstanding form - also in 23 matches. Additionally, he collected the Gordon Willoughby medal as voted by Manly members.
Prop Addin Fonua-Blake won the Ken Arthurson 2016 rookie award.
