Mead's future at the Titans had been the subject of much speculation after Jarryd Hayne joined the club late this season.
"Last night was my last game as a Titan," Mead wrote on Saturday on Instagram.
"My family and I will be joining the Brisbane Broncos for the year 2017. Although it's tough to leave this club, I'm excited for the next chapter of my career.
