Cronk backs Chambers for Kangaroos recall
Oct 3, 2016 - 3:05 AM Melbourne halfback Cooper Cronk says Storm NRL centre Will Chambers deserves selection in Australia's Four Nations squad.Chambers missed a golden chance to set up the grand final-winning try against Cronulla, unable to spot an unmarked Cronk with the tryline wide open in the dying minutes.
But Cronk says Chambers, who played his only match for Australia in last year's Anzac Test, is a proven big game performer and can offer the Kangaroos versatility.
