Feki a Shark until end of 2019 NRL season
Feb 24, 2017 - 5:05 AM Cronulla have continued their NRL pre-season quest to secure their outside backs long term, re-signing winger Sosaia Feki until the end of 2019.The 25-year-old, who was off contract after this year, scored 13 tries in 24 games last season as he helped the Sharks claim their first premiership.
"I got (another) two years at the club and I'm looking forward to it," he said.
"I'm hoping to stay as long as I can."
He becomes the second outside back this month to re-sign with the club, Valentine Holmes also putting pen to paper three weeks ago on a new two-year deal.
The defending premiers further bolstered their 2017 outside-backs stocks on Thursday when they lured Canberra winger Edrick Lee to the club on a two-year contract, effective immediately.
