Hayne suffers suspected ankle injury
May 13, 2017 - 9:13 AM NRL star Jarryd Hayne has suffered a suspected ankle injury in Gold Coast's Suncorp Stadium clash with Melbourne on Saturday night.He went down in the 67th minute nursing the same left ankle that sidelined him for six weeks earlier in the season.
Hayne - who has been hoping to force his way in to the NSW Origin side - only returned from the ankle injury three weeks ago.
Gold Coast have also lost lock Ryan Simpkins (knee) and winger Dan Sarginson (forearm) during the round 10 clash.
