Sergio Molina signs with Stoke City
Aug 5, 2015 - 4:01 PM English club Stoke City has officially announced the signing of young Spanish midfielder Sergio Molina from Real Madrid until June 2018.The 19-year-old Molina joined Los Blancos at age 9 and over the years captained all of the Real Madrid teams from Under-10 to Under-19.
The Spaniard signed a three-year contract and will be part of the under-21 Stoke City team, the club said in a statement published on its website on Wednesday.
Last season, Molina played six matches in the UEFA Youth League with Real Madrid, a competition in which he scored two goals.
On the English team, the player will meet four of his countrymen, attackers Joselu and Bojan Krikic, midfielder Moha El Ouriachi and defender Marc Muniesa.
