Moss joins Sydney FC as assistant coach
Jun 27, 2017 - 8:17 AM Sydney FC coach Graham Arnold has brought in another Central Coast old boy, hiring Phil Moss as his second assistant.Moss, who spent three years under Arnold at the Mariners before succeeding him as head coach, will work alongside Steve Corica throughout the Sky Blues' A-League title defence and Asian Champions League campaign.
The move also reunites the 45-year-old with other former Mariners staff in goalkeeping coach John Crawley and head of strength and conditioning Andrew Clark.
"Being a Sydney boy it's an honour to be working for a club as big as Sydney FC," Moss said.
"I'm very confident I can add more passion, experience and help improve on the remarkable job which was done last season."
Moss was sacked by the Mariners in 2015 after the 2014 semi-finalists fell out of finals calculations.
