CF Montréal have top of Eastern Conference in mind
Oct 3, 2022 - 3:00 PMCF Montréal have the top of Eastern Conference in mind as they had a nearly perfect weekend. A close but not really win vs DC United allowed for some dreaming as the Union followed it with a loss of terrible visuals to Charlotte, 4-0.
That has opened the door for le CFM to take the top of the East as the Philly contingent has floundered in its last two outings. It serves us no good either though that their last game is at home vs Toronto.
Still, there is an air of hope as a first round bye would be a massive coup for Wilfried Nancy and company. CFM meanwhile, face Miami who is fighting for their playoff lives in what could be a preview of the playoffs.
What is safe to say is that for the results to pay off, CFM have to win first. If they can take care of business down in FT. Lauderdale, then we can talk of topping the Eastern Conference.
Be the first!
