Natasha Howard scored 12 points with seven rebounds and Marissa Coleman added 11 points and five boards for the Fever, who have won their past three after opening the season 0-3.

Tina Charles posted 22 points and 14 rebounds and Anna Cruz scored 10 points for the Liberty, who have lost their past two.

Indiana used a 13-0 run late in the first half to take a 39-36 lead into the break, and the game stayed close in the third, with January putting in a layup with under two minutes to play to give the Fever a 56-54 lead after three quarters.

In the final minute of the fourth with the score tied, Karima Christmas hit a pair of free throws with 28.2 seconds to play for the lead, and after Cappie Pondexter missed a shot at the other end, Coleman sealed the win with two from the line and 7.8 seconds showing.
