Larkins backs Fever over Sky

Jun 21, 2014 - 3:02 AM Rosemont, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - Eriana Larkins posted 13 points and 11 rebounds to help the Indiana Fever to am 83-75 victory over the Chicago Sky on Friday.

Karima Christmas had 14 points, while Natasha Howard and Shavonte Zellous each gave 13 points for the Fever, who have six of eight after dropping their first three games of the season.

Epiphanny Prince scored 18 points, Jessica Breland added 16, while Courtney Vandersloot and Jamierra Faulkner each had 11 for the Sky, who have lost five of their last six.

Trailing by a point to start the final quarter, Indiana went ahead for good on a pair of Zellous free throws, and Christmas followed with two more before Briann January put in a jumper for a 75-69 lead with 1:51 to play.

Vandersloot followed with a layup, but Larkins and Zellous each put in baskets to put the game out of reach.
