Jones, Charles lead Sun over Sky
Jul 27, 2011 - 2:31 AM Rosemont, IL (Sports Network) - Asjha Jones scored 22 points and Tina Charles had 21 with 15 rebounds, leading the Connecticut Sun to a 77-66 win over the Chicago Sky on Tuesday.Renee Montgomery and Kara Lawson added 14 points apiece for the Sun, who opened their post All-Star schedule with a victory despite being outshot 46.4 percent to 40.3.
They evened the season series with Chicago at 2-2 and captured their fourth straight win overall.
Epiphanny Prince scored 16 points to lead the Sky, who have lost three of their last four. Sylvia Fowles added 14 points in the loss.
