Davenport helps Indiana rout Los Angeles

Aug 1, 2011 - 12:12 AM Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Jessica Davenport had 16 points and eight rebounds as Indiana dominated Los Angeles, 98-63.

Tangela Smith added 15 points and six rebounds while Briann January added 13 points and five assists for the Fever, who have won four straight.

Ebony Hoffman scored 13 points and grabbed six rebounds and Jantel Lavender added 12 points for the Sparks, who have dropped five of their last six.

Indiana showed why it's the best team in the WNBA by shooting 52.2 percent while limiting Los Angeles to just 35.9 percent shooting.

The Fever also set a franchise record with 54 bench points.
