Aug 13, 2011 - 1:26 AM Washington, DC (Sports Network) - Matee Ajavon drained two free throws with just over one minute left to lead the Washington Mystics past the New York Liberty, 64-63.

Ajavon scored 13 points and Crystal Langhorne had 18 for Washington, which has won two if its last three games.

Leilani Mitchell dropped a season-high 18 points and Cappie Pondexter added 13 for New York, which has lost two of its last five matchups.

The Liberty led by as many as nine in the fourth quarter, but was unable to stifle a late push by the Mystics to fall to Washington for the second time in as many tries.
