May 31, 2014 - 3:02 AM Atlanta, GA (SportsNetwork.com) - Tiffany Hayes led five players in double figures with 20 points and the Atlanta Dream defeated the Seattle Storm, 80-69 on Friday.Angel McCoughtry finished with 18, Erika de Souza had 14 and Sancho Lyttle deposited 13 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Jasmine Thomas added 11 points.
Crystal Langhorne dropped a game-high 21 points to go along with 11 rebounds for Seattle.
The Dream took a 20-16 lead into the second quarter, but the Storm grabbed a 36-35 edge at the break.
The visitors built their lead to seven midway through the third when Atlanta ended the stanza on an 18-5 run.
Lyttle capped the spurt with back-to-back buckets to give the Dream a 59-53 lead after three.
Noelle Quinn converted three free throws to tie the game at 61-apiece midway through the fourth, but de Souza scored four straight and Atlanta pulled away down the stretch.
