Wright, Storm down Sky
Jun 11, 2014 - 4:29 AM Rosemont, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - Tanisha Wright had 17 points and five assists and the Seattle Storm defeated the Chicago Sky, 80-76, on Tuesday night.Camille Little tallied 13 points and six rebounds, while Sue Bird added 12 points and six assists for Seattle, which has won three of its last four games.
Epiphanny Prince netted 18 points off the bench to go with six assists and five boards and Markeisha Gatling supplied 15 points and 10 boards for the Sky, who were without Elena Delle Donne due to a flareup of Lyme Disease.
Chicago trailed 68-56 with 6:42 remaining before Tamera Young capped an 11-3 run to pull it within 71-69. Noelle Quinn's 3-pointer with 2:12 to play, though, increased the margin back to 74-67 and the Sky never mustered another comeback.
Seattle led 42-30 at the break.
