Diggins rallies Shock to OT win over Fever
Jun 26, 2014 - 1:59 AM Indianapolis, IN (SportsNetwork.com) - Skylar Diggins hit the tying 3-point shot in the closing seconds of regulation and the Tulsa Shock rallied from an 11-point fourth-quarter deficit to beat Indiana, 107-102, in overtime Wednesday.Diggins totaled 32 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Her shot from beyond the arc with 2.9 seconds left tied the score at 94. Erlana Larkins then missed a jumper for Indiana, which never led the entire overtime.
Jennifer Lacy scored the first five points of the extra session and the Shock held on for their second straight victory. They won at Chicago in OT on Sunday.
Odyssey Sims and Glory Johnson each scored 20 for Tulsa, which snapped a seven-game slide to the Fever. It was the Shock's first win over Indiana since May 29, 2010. Courtney Paris tallied 18 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks.
Shavonte Zellous scored a career-high 33, the second-most points in the Fever's history. Karima Christmas ended with 17 points, Marissa Coleman 14, and Larkins finished with 12 points and nine boards.
Indiana, which lost its second in a row, was ahead by as many as 17 in the third quarter and 87-76 with 3:35 remaining in regulation. Tulsa scored the next eight points.
