The Orange started out on fire from three-point range in the first half, as they built a 26-6 lead in the first ten minutes of play. Syracuse made 12-of-18 three-pointers in the first half and finished the game shooting 50% from downtown, 15-30. Alan Griffin led all scorers with 23 points on 8-of-11 shooting from the field. Joseph Girard III made six three-pointers on his way to 21 points in the win.

RID 37, WIS 65Arizona State men's basketball defeated Rider 92-55 at home in Tempe Sunday afternoon. Remy Martin and true freshman Jaelen House led the Sun Devils with 20 points each – House added five rebounds and Martin had four steals. Arizona State shot 42.7% (35-82) from the field and 31.3% (10-32) from three-point range, and scored 32 points off of 29 Rider turnovers. The Sun Devils, who return to action Saturday against St. John's, advance to 2-1 on the season and secure back-to-back 30-point victories for the first time since Dec. 2017.
