Rangers OF Hamilton hits 4 HRs

May 9, 2012 - 1:38 AM Baltimore, MD (Sports Network) - Texas Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton hit four home runs Tuesday against the Baltimore Orioles to tie a major league record.

Hamilton became the 16th player in MLB history -- sixth in the American League -- to accomplish the feat and first since Carlos Delgado did it on Sept. 25, 2003, for the Toronto Blue Jays against Tampa Bay.

All four of Hamilton's homers came with one runner on base.
