Padres agree to terms with 21 players
Mar 11, 2015 - 12:53 AM Peoria, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - The San Diego Padres agreed to terms with 21 players on contracts for the upcoming season, including new acquisitions Wil Myers and Will Middlebrooks.The deals, announced Tuesday, mean every player on the Padres' 40-man roster is signed for 2015.
In addition to Myers and Middlebrooks, the Padres also agreed to terms with catchers Tim Federowicz and Derek Norris; infielders Alex Dickerson, Taylor Lindsey, Tommy Medica, Yangervis Solarte and Cory Spangenberg; and outfielders Abraham Almonte and Rymer Liriano.
They locked up pitchers Kevin Quackenbush, Odrisamer Despaigne, Leonel Campos, Tayron Guerrero, Casey Kelly, Brandon Maurer, Nick Vincent, Robbie Erlin, Frank Garces and Alex Torres.
