Cubs' Zambrano leaves with injury
Mar 31, 2008 - 9:57 PM CHICAGO (Ticker) -- Chicago Cubs righthander Carlos Zambrano left his Opening Day start in the seventh inning Monday with a cramp in his right forearm.Zambrano suffered the injury while picking off Milwaukee's Bill Hall at second base.
The burly ace yielded three hits in 6 2/3 scoreless frames while striking out five and issuing one walk.
