Padres OF Hairston scratched
Jun 14, 2008 - 11:49 PM CLEVELAND (Ticker) -- San Diego Padres outfielder Scott Hairston was scratched from the lineup for Saturday's game against the Cleveland Indians due to a hyperextended left elbow.Hairston, who has nine home runs and 17 RBI on the season, is listed as day-to-day.
In Friday night's opener of the three-game interleague series, Hairston went 0-for-5. He had been in a 7-for-16 stretch prior to that game.
