CHICAGO (Ticker) -- Oakland Athletics rookie center fielder Carlos Gonzalez left Friday's contest against the Chicago White Sox with a right hamstring injury.
Gonzalez, 22, who entered the game hitting .267 with two home runs and 13 RBI in 31 contests, departed in the top of the seventh inning with what was described as tightness in his hamstring. He was replaced in center by Rajai Davis.
