Brewers OF Braun leaves game with back injury
Aug 19, 2008 - 5:43 AM MILWAUKEE (Ticker) - Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun left Monday's game against the Houston Astros with tightness in his lower back.Braun, who entered Monday hitting .301 with a team-leading 32 home runs and 86 RBI, suffered the same injury earlier this month and missed six games.
It looked like Braun was in pain after striking out swinging in the sixth inning. He walked back to the dugout under his own power but was replaced by Gabe Kapler.
