Angels LF Anderson leaves game

Aug 24, 2008 - 8:48 PM ANAHEIM, California (Ticker) -- Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim left fielder Garret Anderson left Sunday's game against the Minnesota Twins with a sore left knee.

Anderson, who was replaced by Gary Matthews Jr., will be re-evaluated Monday.

In 116 games this season, Anderson is hitting .284 with 13 home runs and 71 RBI.
