Brewers 2B Durham leaves game
Sep 20, 2008 - 12:28 AM MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- Milwaukee Brewers second baseman Ray Durham left Friday's game against the Cincinnati Reds in the fourth inning with a right hamstring strain.Durham, who went 1-for-2 with a single and was caught stealing in the first inning, was replaced in the field by Craig Counsell.
The 36-year-old Durham is batting .291 with three home runs and 13 RBI in 93 games this season with the San Francisco Giants and the Brewers.
Durham was acquired by Milwaukee on July 20 for righthander Steve Hammond and outfielder Darren Ford.
